4. How does the Airbnb & Short-Term Rental turnover service work?
We understand that in the rental business, a 5-star review starts with cleanliness. Our Airbnb turnover service is fast, reliable, and thorough. We handle everything from deep sanitization between guests to linen changes and restocking essentials. We work with your booking calendar to ensure the property is always “guest-ready” on time.
5. Do I need to provide cleaning supplies or equipment?
Not at all. Marcela Cleaning Pro arrives fully equipped with professional-grade cleaning solutions and high-end equipment (HEPA vacuums, microfiber systems, etc.). However, if you have a specific eco-friendly product or a particular cleaner you prefer us to use on a delicate surface, we are happy to accommodate your request.
6. Are you pet-friendly? Do I need to be home during the service?
Yes, we love pets! We just ask that you let us know if they are prone to escaping or if they are uncomfortable with vacuums. Regarding your presence: most of our long-term clients are not home while we clean. You can provide us with a spare key, a garage code, or leave a key in a secure location. Your home’s security is our top priority.
7. What is included in a "Deep Cleaning" vs. a "Standard Cleaning"?
A Standard Cleaning is intended to maintain the cleanliness of your home (dusting, mopping, bathrooms, kitchen surfaces). A Deep Cleaning is a top-to-bottom restoration. It includes intensive scrubbing of baseboards, cleaning inside ovens or refrigerators (if requested), detailed vent dusting, and removing built-up grime in areas that aren’t touched during a regular weekly visit. We recommend a Deep Clean for all new clients.
